When an overnight thunderstorm ‘toasted’ our 20-year old phone system last year we were panic stricken, since most of our business is conducted by phone and internet. When our phones were knocked out by lightning, our call to your company was handled promptly, politely, and calmly.{Your technician} completed his analysis, told us his findings, got the order in after verifying to me what was needed, made an extra trip to Lincoln for supplies, was back when he said he would be, and was at our office very early the next day to complete the installation, programming, and some basic training. I called your office to request assistance to reconnect a phone outlet that was disconnected beneath the receptionist’s work station.
